“Our resort in Los Cabos is the kind of place that earns a return trip before you’ve even checked out. The experience was flawless from the moment we landed. Our driver contacted us as soon as we touched down, walked us through the airport, and had us on our way without a moment of stress. That set the tone for everything that followed.

The facility was spotless and the service exceptional. The staff surprised us with birthday cakes — a personal touch that meant more than they probably knew. The spa was exceptional, the infinity pool overlooking the Pacific is everything you’d hope for, and the pool bar service was impeccable. At sunset, the rooftop transforms into something truly special — firepits, cocktails, panoramic views. Dining options were plentiful and there’s access to off-site restaurants, too. The resort never felt overcrowded, which only added to the sense of escape.

But the best part? Sleeping with the windows open and letting the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep every night. We came back rested.

None of it would have come together so seamlessly without Doris at High Access Travel. All we did was give her a budget, a destination, and a purpose — she handled every single detail, including the travel documents. Smooth, thoughtful, and meticulously planned from start to finish.
