From the very beginning, Doris took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She found the perfect hotel in Shibuya for my husband and me and our two adult daughters (ages 18 and 24). It was near the train stations, amazing restaurants, shopping, and the excitement of Shibuya. It made exploring Tokyo so easy.

For Kyoto, Doris chose a hotel that was just as perfect. It was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the temples, bamboo forest, parks, and beautiful nature the city is known for. One of our favorite surprises was the unique family room layout. It was such a special way to end our trip and create even more memories together.

What truly sets Doris apart is the level of care she provides. She thought of so many little details before we left that helped us feel prepared and made our travels even more enjoyable. It was such a thoughtful touch and just one more example of how much she genuinely cares about her clients' experience.
