A typical plan will include:

  • Flights, VIP Welcome (upgrade), and transfers.

  • 24/7 customer support for any issues that arise.

  • Researched and vetted 4-5 star hotels, excursions, and dinner reservations.

  • Travel Insurance for international or high-adventure trips (always recommended).

  • A logical flow for the trip, and for each day.

  • When you need to leave (travel time) for each activity, and any recommended tips.

  • Destination information (exchange rate, adapter type, common phrases, etc.), weather forecast, and recommended packing list.

  • And more!

The Process:

  • Get started by completing the Trip-Planning Questionnaire.

  • I meet virtually with you to discuss and dive into your Questionnaire responses.

  • If we agree to work together, a Client Agreement is signed and a nonrefundable planning fee is due.

  • You provide passports (for international travel) or driver licenses (for domestic travel) for all travelers.

  • I start creating the itinerary, working big to small: destination -> dates -> flights -> hotels -> excursions -> dinners.

  • I send you ideas to consider and options to choose from.

  • Once agreed, you provide credit card information, and the trip components are booked!

  • A custom itinerary (available in an app and as a document) is created for you!

  • A few days before, I add a weather forecast to the itinerary to help you and your group with packing.

  • During and after your trip, I would love to receive photos and feedback about your trip, and a review of my services!
